Job Description About the Opportunity We are recruiting for a Residential Property Conveyancer/Executive to join a leading Yorkshire law firm with over 20 branches across the region. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced conveyancer to join our busy Bingley office and manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions whilst building and maintaining a solid client base in the local area. The Role Residential conveyancing management: Managing a busy caseload of sale and purchase matters from file opening to completion with minimal supervision Freehold and leasehold transactions: Handling extensive experience of both freehold and leasehold property transactions across various price ranges Client relationship building: Creating and maintaining a solid client base in and around the Bingley area through exceptional service delivery Transaction coordination: Managing all aspects of property transactions including searches, enquiries, contracts, and completion processes Legal documentation: Preparing and reviewing contracts, transfer deeds, and all necessary legal documentation to the highest standards Client communication: Providing regular updates and clear communication to clients throughout the entire conveyancing process Problem resolution: Identifying and resolving issues that may arise during transactions to ensure smooth completions Quality service delivery: Priding yourself on delivering a first-class service throughout the entire conveyancing process Business development: Contributing to the growth of the conveyancing department through referrals and client retention Compliance and standards: Ensuring all work meets the firm's Lexcel-accredited quality standards and regulatory requirements What We're Looking For Experienced Residential Property Conveyancer or Executive with proven track record Extensive experience of freehold and leasehold transactions Ability to work with minimum supervision and manage busy caseloads independently Strong motivation to create and maintain client relationships Excellent communication and client care skills Commitment to delivering first-class service throughout the conveyancing process Knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing procedures Experience with case management systems and legal software Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Ambition to contribute to business growth and development What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience and expertise Full-time permanent position with excellent career progression opportunities Based in modern Bingley office with excellent local transport links Working with a firm that has 4.8-star rating from over 2,800 client reviews Employee-owned business with strong commitment to staff development Access to comprehensive legal resources and support systems Opportunity to build and develop your own client base Professional development opportunities within established legal practice Recognition and reward for delivering exceptional client service Working with one of Yorkshire's most respected law firms with over 20 branches About Us Our client is one of Yorkshire's leading law firms with over 20 branches across the region.
