Peace Recuirtment's client, a market leading property consultancy firm with a reputation for excellence in the commercial real estate industry are looking to strengthen their management team in Edinburgh up to Associate level. The role is ideally suited to someone with an ability to work on their own initiative and within a team environment with excellent IT and communication skills. Applicants will be responsible for managing their own portfolio of properties including office, retail and industrial and premises and for maintaining and building relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities: Overseeing the day-to-day management of a portfolio of commercial properties, including office buildings, retail, and industrial parks. Building and maintaining positive relationships with landlords, tenants, and third-party service providers. Handling lease negotiations, rent reviews, lease renewals, and tenant inquiries. Developing and implementing property management strategies to maximize asset value and tenant satisfaction. Conducting regular property inspections and overseeing maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects. Monitoring financial performance, preparing budgets, and ensuring compliance with lease terms and legal requirements. Providing strategic advice and recommendations to clients on property-related matters. Qualifications: MRICS Qualified Minimum of 1 years of experience in commercial property management within a consultancy. Strong understanding of property management principles, lease agreements, and landlord-tenant laws. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines. Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
