We’re Hiring: Client Relationship Assistant | UK | Full-Time
We’re recruiting on behalf of our client, for a friendly, organised and professional Client Relationship Assistant to join their growing team. You’ll play a key role in supporting the Client Relationship Manager and ensuring every client has a great experience — from first contact to post-completion follow-up.
🕒 Hours: Full-time
📍 Location: Macclesfield
📄 Contract: Permanent
💰 Salary: £25,000 – £27,500 (depending on experience)
What you’ll be doing:
• Be the first point of contact for new client enquiries via phone or email
• Allocate clients to advisers and book appointments
• Contact existing clients ahead of their mortgage renewals
• Conduct satisfaction calls after completion and encourage reviews
• Schedule annual reviews and follow up on potential leads
• Support client engagement through social media
• Maintain records of client contact and referral activity
• Manage introducer commission payments and ensure accuracy
• Provide admin support to advisers, from inputting client data to liaising with lenders, solicitors and providers
