 
        
        1. Supporting Unit4 ERP incident tracking and resolution and acting as a point of escalation.
 2. Assisting and supporting issue tracking and supporting team logs and statistics.
 3. Conducting general maintenance activities, including ensuring effective controls are in place
 4. Creating, updating and maintaining documentation and guidelines
 5. Providing face to face advice and assistance through liaison with a range of internal stakeholders.
 6. Providing guidance and monitoring to others in the team on complex issues.
 7. Prototyping of Small Enhancements and Reports as well as performing unit testing.
 8. Deploying enhancements into Live and adhering to the Change Control process
 9. Providing consultancy as an Unit4 ERP SME in other projects and requests
 10. Deputising for manage and training and developing others.
Who we’re looking for:
We’re looking for a technology enthusiast with the ability to contribute to funded projects, deputise for managers, and deal with more complex issues and escalations to ensure the service is running smoothly.
Essential Criteria
 11. Strong working experience with Unit4 ERP with knowledge of Systems Administration, Payroll, HR, Financials, P2P, S2C, Absence, Workflow Reporting and Workspaces.
 12. The ability to analyse issues, investigate the route cause, and devise a resolution.
 13. Capable of fostering mutually beneficial relationships across multiple business areas and all levels.
 14. Proven experience with technical relationship management and third-party management either internally or externally.
 15. Experience with appropriate security and general IT controls relevant to the system and the transactions it performs and learning and assisting in the continual maturity of system controls and processes.
Desirable Criteria
 16. Proven experience in the continual development of Unit4 SME capability.
 17. Experience working in Financial Services and/or a highly regulated industry.
 18. ITIL Certification is desirable.
