Sitting within the Operations function, the UK Process Engineering team take the lead in the development, implementation and improvement of the equipment and processes across all the UK sites ensuring they are operating safely and efficiently.The process engineering team based at Leeds drive the development of capital and operational development projects across process and packing plant used in the manufacture of sealants and adhesives. This includes the specification, installation and commissioning of an extensive capital investment programme and working with cross functional teams to improve performance of existing equipment to reduce cost, improve reliability and maximise efficiency.This is a varied role where you will have the opportunity to-Lead your own continuous improvement projectsTake an active role in the installation and commissioning phases of new projectsWork across departments to develop solutions and implement changesThe SupportYou will work alongside an experienced team of process engineers who will ensure you have a rewarding and diverse placement year that gives you hands on experience that will stand you in good stead in the world of work after graduation.
