Job Title: Sixth Form Coordinator
We are seeking a reliable, positive, and fully committed Sixth Form Coordinator to supervise and support independent study for our Post 16 students in the new Post 16 study area.
The successful candidate will:
1. Inspire, challenge, and motivate students.
2. Ensure a healthy, safe, happy, and challenging environment where Post 16 students can excel.
3. Work closely with subject teachers and Heads of Post 16 Education to maximize the effectiveness of private study sessions.
4. Support students academically and pastorally.
5. Possess strong literacy, numeracy, and ICT skills.
6. Demonstrate excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
You must be flexible, hardworking, and have knowledge of A-levels or university-level education.
