Beatson's Building Supplies - Alloa Beatson’s Building Supplies is looking for an experienced and organised, self-motivated Purchase Ledger Clerk within our Alloa Head Office. You will work as part of a team ensuring the finance function runs smoothly. The key components of the role include: Logging, processing and electronic filling of purchase invoices Investigating purchase ledger queries Liaising with suppliers Setting up new supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details Reconciliation of supplier statements Other office duties Additional duties may be required to support the finance team from time to time for holiday and sickness cover Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 per week Salary: Depending on experience Experience: 1 year purchase ledger experience required No agencies please
