Waldorf Astoria London \- Admiralty Arch is seeking an Assistant Restaurant General Manager - Café Boulud to join the pre\-opening team for this highly anticipated new luxury hotel opening later this year\. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced luxury hospitality leader to join the founding team and help shape the guest experience at this landmark hotel\. Located at the end of The Mall opposite Buckingham Palace, Waldorf Astoria London - Admiralty Arch will feature 100 elegant rooms and suites and 17,500 sqft of private residences\. The hotel will open with two signature restaurants \- Coreus by Clare Smyth and Café Boulud by Daniel Boulud \- bringing together two of the world's most celebrated Michelin\-starred chefs\. Guests will also enjoy a world\-class spa, state\-of\-the\-art fitness facilities, and a collection of grand event spaces, including a ballroom for up to 320 guests\. What will I be doing? As an AssistantRestaurantGeneral Manager - Café Boulud, you will play a key leadership role in overseeing all Food & Beverage operations, including Restaurants, Bars, Café, In-Room Diningand Kitchen operations\. You will ensure the highest levels of quality, service, and financial performance, while maintaining the distinctive standards of Café Boulud and the Hilton luxury portfolio\. ·Lead and manage Food & Beverage service to consistently deliver exceptional quality in line with hotel, brand standards ·Oversee the seamless flow of guests and service, ensuring effective coordination between front- and back-of-house teams ·Drive a commercial mindset within the team to maximise all revenue and sales opportunities ·Ensure team members consistently embody brand standards and deliver intuitive, personalised guest service ·Handle guest enquiries and feedback with professionalism, discretion, and a solutions-focused approach ·Oversee accurate financial transactions and operational controls during service ·Manage team scheduling, stock control, and wastage to optimise efficiency and cost management What are we looking for? To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate the following attributes, behaviours, and capabilities: ·Proven experience overseeing food and beverage operations ·Strong leadership background with experience supervising and motivating diverse teams ·Effective delegation skills, with the ability to empower team members while maintaining accountability ·Flexibility and resilience, with the capacity to respond positively and proactively to dynamic operational demands ·A genuine passion for developing talent and building a high-performing, service-driven team culture ·Prior experience within a luxury or ultra-luxury hospitality or service-led environment is highly desirable\.
