As CAD Supervisor, you'll be a hands-on leader, driving growth, mentoring your team, and delivering high-quality, bespoke TTM designs that keep the UK's roads safe and efficient.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the CAD team, providing hands-on training, development, and performance guidance to build capability and drive departmental growth.
This position reports directly to the Technical Manager.
Set clear short- and long-term deadlines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
Collaborate closely with clients and in-house Contracts Managers to understand needs and create tailored, innovative solutions.
Produce 12AB and 12D CAD drawings using BricsCAD and Cone11, while strictly adhering to Chapter 8, TSRGD, and all relevant regulations, guidance, and legislation.
What we're looking for: Proven ability to develop both 12AB and 12D CAD designs (essential).
Excellent working knowledge of Chapter 8, TSRGD, and related guidance.
Proficiency in BricsCAD and Cone11 Strong interpersonal and leadership skills a true people-focused leader who can inspire, develop, and enhance a team.
