Residential Property Associate/Senior Associate | Somerset/Hybrid | Top 100 Firm | Clear Progression

This forward-thinking, Top 100 UK law firm has built an excellent reputation in the market and its Residential Property team generates over £4m in annual revenue. The department is made up of four Partners, five Associates, three Solicitors, and a highly capable support team of conveyancers, paralegals, and legal assistants. It is a collaborative, close-knit group offering technical quality, client service, and strong relationships with referrers across the region.
You will manage a broad caseload of residential conveyancing matters, ranging from first-time buyers to high-value portfolio transactions. You will have regular client contact and the opportunity to develop your own network of agents, brokers, and professional contacts. You'll be encouraged to play an active part in growing the team’s presence locally.

You'll need to be a qualified Solicitor, CILEx Lawyer, or Licensed Conveyancer with at least three years' conveyancing PQE, confident in running your own caseload and comfortable engaging with clients and third parties.
