Teaching Personnel is looking for dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to join mainstream primary schools across Christchurch. About the Role: Support pupils with a range of learning, behavioural, and physical needs. Assist in delivering Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and adapting resources to suit each child’s needs. Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and other school staff to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment. Engage in both one-to-one and group support sessions, helping pupils achieve their full potential. Provide support within mainstream primary school classrooms, ensuring all pupils can access the curriculum effectively. We’re Looking For: Experience working with children with SEN (in schools, care, or other educational settings). Patience, empathy, and a positive, can-do attitude.
