MFL Teacher (French & Spanish)
Are you a passionate and dedicated MFL Teacher looking for a new opportunity in a vibrant school environment?
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team at a reputable client secondary school in Chorlton starting in September.
This position will run full-time from Thursday 5th September, until July 2025. Successful applicants who get on well in their school placement may be offered a permanent contract with the school.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons in French and Spanish to students of varying abilities.
* Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and progress.
* Assess student progress through formative and summative assessments.
* Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student performance and progress.
* Participate in departmental meetings, school events, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
* Strong subject knowledge in French and Spanish.
* Experience teaching MFL at the secondary level is desirable but not essential for NQTs.
* Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
