Hays are working with a business in Shrewsbury who are looking to recruit a Lead Generation Specialist, this person is responsible for initiating contact with potential and existing customers to promote thepany’s products and services, using prepared scripts and tailored messaging. The role focusses on generating qualified leads and booking appointments for the sales team.
Your new role
1. Drive outboundmunication to prospects and existing customers.
2. Generate qualified leads and secure appointments for sales personnel.
3. Support the sales process by identifying customer needs and presenting value propositions.
4. Create, manage, and segment outboundmunications to prospect mailing lists by market and role.
5. Follow up on outbound campaigns to convert leads into sales opportunities, including identifying key decision-makers (KDMs), building customer profiles, and booking meetings.
6. Engage professionally with prospects via phone and email to understand their business needs and establish positive relationships.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce CRM and other sales tracking systems.
8. Manage post-event lead input and follow-up through Salesforce campaigns.
9. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to ensure alignment and effective lead conversion.
10. Prepare and analyse lead generation reports, providing accurate progress updates.
11. Adhere topany policies, procedures, and business ethics.
12. Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and results.
