Assist with income reconciliation processes, ensuring strong controls and accuracy of reported income. Support risk management and compliance activities, including VAT returns, regulatory reporting, and payroll review processes. Ensure compliance with legal requirements, accounting standards, and internal policies, building knowledge of regulatory expectations. Assist with the annual audit process, working with both internal teams and external auditors to ensure a smooth and efficient audit. Identify opportunities to improve processes and controls, particularly through better use of Excel and systems, as your confidence grows. Contribute to ad-hoc projects and wider team initiatives as the business continues to grow and evolve. Qualifications and experience: ACA qualified. Practice-trained with hands-on experience across audit and/or accounts preparation.
