As they continue to grow, they’re looking for a driven Sales Professional to join their dynamic team — someone who shares their passion for quality, horses and achieving results.
The Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their career with an established leader in the equestrian sector.
Initially office-based during your induction and probationary period, you’ll gain in-depth knowledge of their products and systems before transitioning into a field-based role covering the South East. You’ll be responsible for generating new business, nurturing existing customer relationships and exceeding ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
As a Field Sales Representative, you will:
* Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to build new business and grow existing accounts.
* Demonstrate, advise on, promote and sell their range of equestrian stabling and exercise equipment.
* Provide quotations and bespoke solutions tailored to each customer’s specific needs.
* Engage with customers via phone, email and in person to build strong, lasting relationships.
* Identify new market opportunities and contribute creative marketing ideas to support business growth.
* Manage your own schedule and pipeline effectively to deliver consistent results.
* Gather and share market intelligence to support wider company development.
About You
We’re looking for an ambitious, confident and customer-focused sales professional who thrives on success.
You’ll bring:
* A proven track record in sales as a business development manager (ideally within the equine industry or technical products).
* A genuine desire to exceed targets and grow revenue.
* Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
* The ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
* Experience or familiarity with the equestrian industry — either professional or personal — is a distinct advantage.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
* A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel, including occasional overnight stays.
Candidates must be based within commuting distance of the companies Black Country HQ.
