Amour Recruitment is seeking a Property Manager to work for our client based in Shrewsbury.

Duties to include:
1. Carrying out site inspections and monitoring onsite works
2. Being responsible for all maintenance needs
3. Dealing with breaches of the lease
4. Completing Section 20 Notices
5. Preparing, agreeing and issuing service charge budgets
Minimum Requirements:
6. Previous Property management is desirable however we will look at someone who has worked in customer centric roles and used to working to deadlines.
7. Excellent communication skills both verbally and written are must
8. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to juggle multiple task
9. Driving licence and own car is a must
Salary: from £26,000 plus a car allowance up to £3600 (basic salary is negotiable depending on your level of property experience)
Hours: 09.00-17.30 Monday to Friday.
