Lettings Negotiator role - What’s in It for You?
* Competitive Salary – £28,000 basic
* Commission structure achieving OTE of £32-35,000
* 20 days bank holidays

Your Role as a Lettings Negotiator:
* Responding to and managing your enquiries in the morning, arranging viewings.
* Work collaboratively with the lettings team to achieve branch goals and being active in all aspects of the lettings process
* Conduct property viewings, around the local area, gather feedback, and negotiate tenancies with landlords and tenants
* Oversee smooth move-ins, ensuring properties are fully prepared
* Maintain strong relationships with both landlords and tenants, offering expert guidance throughout the process
* Keeping up to date with new legislation and ensuring the company adapts policies where necessary.
* Play a key role in strengthening the brand in the local market
* If you are experienced in conducting market appraisals then even better as you will have the opportunity to naturally adopt this duty in addition to the above.
Who We’re Looking For:
* Experience in a Lettings Negotiator role is essential
* Sales & customer service experience – you’re a natural with people!
* Organised, proactive and comfortable working independently
* Strong knowledge of the lettings process from enquiry to move in
* Strong IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Office
* A full driving license & access to a vehicle
* Ambitious, motivated, and eager to progress in the ever evolving world of lettings
