NES Fircroft is currently recruiting on behalf of a leading energy client for a Demolition Supervisor to support a major project based in North Wales on a long term contract. This role is critical to ensuring the safe and efficient execution of all on-site demolition activities, with a strong emphasis on regulatory compliance and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Oversee all demolition operations, ensuring adherence to approved methods, risk assessments, and safety protocols. Ensure demolition activities are carried out safely and in line with industry standards. Supervise the implementation of RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statements). Ensure company standards are consistently applied across all stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, with careful consideration of associated risk levels.Requirements 5–10 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within the UK. Strong background in Mechanical or Civil Engineering, with proven experience in demolition or construction projects.
