PROJECT MANAGER (INDUSTRIAL & LOGISTICS) Location: Skelmersdale Salary: £85 - £95k Package Start Date: April 1st Engagement: Permanent preferred (freelance considered for the right candidate) The Role A well-established main contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major industrial/logistics development. The project is a 225,000 sq ft new-build industrial unit valued at £16m, and the business is looking for a strong No.1 who can take full ownership of delivery from site setup through to completion and handover. This role would suit someone confident running large shed/logistics schemes and comfortable taking full responsibility for programme, team, client, and commercial performance.
