Service Desk Advisor
Location: Welwyn Garden City
Salary: £24,000 bonus (£2,000–£2,500 per annum)
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, office based)

Service Desk Advisor – Details:

Service Desk Advisor – Responsibilities:
4. Manage and maintain customer accounts, including new orders and existing services
5. Log and update queries accurately in the CRM system
6. Diagnose faults and take ownership of resolution, providing progress updates
7. Provide telephone and email support, including occasional out-of-hours cover
8. Assist with installations and site visits as required
9. Produce reports on customer usage and suggest cost-saving opportunities
10. Raise invoices, liaise with finance, and manage third-party supplier services
11. Create contracts and ensure invoices match agreed terms
Service Desk Advisor – What We’re Looking For:
12. Previous experience within a customer service or service desk environment
13. Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
14. Strong attention to detail
15. Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
16. Tenacious approach to problem solving and customer satisfaction
17. Good level of numeracy
