Role: Logistics and Sales Administrator
Location: Kettering, UK
Salary: Up to £25,000.00 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hrs per week - Monday to Friday
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven team player to join our clients busy manufacturing division as a Logistics & Sales Administrator. The manufacturing division produces a renowned range of laboratory machinery, devices and consumables that are used to test a wide range of consumer products by a global customer base. This is a full-time, office based, vacancy.
Responsibilities
As a Logistics & Sales Administrator, you will be required to carry out the following:
Efficient handling of customer communications
Processing and progression of sales returns, freight and/or courier services
Fulfilment of other administrative and sales related activities as required
About You
Candidates will be required to have the following:
GCSE grades C or above in both English Language and Maths (or equivalent)
Tenacious with a can-do attitude
Highly organised
Excellent written and verbal communication
Competent in the use of Microsoft products including Outlook, Excel and Word
Able to work as part of a team and independently
Customer service experience
Desirable
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment utilising supply chain systems
Previous experience in logistics & sale administration or similar role
Experience in the use of email ticketing systems
