Project Controls Cost Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Controls Cost Manager to oversee cost management and control functions on a major construction project. This role is critical to ensuring financial discipline, transparency, and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle-from planning through execution and closeout.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain detailed cost estimates and budgets for all project phases.
2. Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to validate cost inputs.
3. Track actual costs against budgeted figures and forecast future expenditures.
4. Implement earned value management (EVM) and other performance metrics.
5. Identify cost variances and recommend corrective actions.
