The role has been created to assist the team on site with the hard services required by the client.


Main Duties & Responsibilities:

* To represent the hard services team and ensure successful site support for all engineering requirements.
* Ensure Specialist Vendors' service visits are completed efficiently, with work quality inspected and recommendations communicated to the line manager.
* Carry out PPM tasks and adhere to compliance guidelines, statutory acts, and regulations.
* Accurately report all completed work orders, including recording critical spares/stock items used, utilizing the Corrigo platform.
* Deliver high-level customer-focused service and participate in additional training as required.
* Complete weekly reports, noting significant events or activities and communicating them effectively to the JLL FM team and line manager.
* Participate in and complete Health and Safety compliance activities, such as hazard/near-miss reporting and scheduled Toolbox Talks.
* Ensure compliance with JLL MEP processes and procedures when undertaking work orders, with risk management documentation (MOP, SOP, or EOP) in place for all critical works.
* Liaise with the line manager when ordering M&E components for remedial/corrective works.
* Take ownership of areas under INTEGRAL control, including plant rooms, maintaining them to show site standards.
* Complete Corrigo Work Orders efficiently and within SLA, acknowledging and closing them appropriately.


Essential Qualifications & Experience:

* Decent understanding of all trades with relevant experience.
* Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with all staff levels.
* Proactive approach to achieving high operational standards.
* Good IT and report writing skills.
* Ability to work under pressure while remaining calm and delivering services within time constraints.
