The role
Salary: £35,000 - 35,000 per year Requirements: We require experience working in a 2nd Line IT Support role. We require strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and Active Directory. We require a good understanding of networking fundamentals, including DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and firewalls. We require experience troubleshooting cloud and infrastructure environments. We require strong communication and customer-facing skills. We require a passion for modern technologies, cloud systems, and AI-driven environments. MSP experience is highly desirable, but not essential. Responsibilities: We support users across cloud and infrastructure environments. We work closely with senior engineers on technical escalations. We contribute to system improvements and platform enhancements. We get involved in technical projects across cloud, infrastructure, networking, automation, and AI-powered tools. We help troubleshoot and resolve issues in modern enterprise systems. We continuously expand our skillset within a fast-moving technical environment.
