Processing orders and liaising with a warehouse and 3PL Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring satisfaction with the outcome. Provide detailed information about products and services to assist customers in their decision-making process. Process customer transactions and returns accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using internal systems. Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer service experience. The Successful Applicant A successful Temp Customer Service Adviser should have: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the retail industry.
