Duties
* Take the lead on various projects from inception through to completion
* Manage a small team of more junior staff members to contribute to their professional development
* Carry out site visits and ensure compliance is achieved
* Produce building regulations and planning applicationsLiaise with clients, consultants, and other authorities
Skills & Experience
* Degree in Architectural Technology
* Significant post‑qualification experience as a technologist within a UK practice
* Proficiency with Revit
* Experience working across all RIBA work stages
* Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations
* Job running experience
* Strong design and technical skills
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
