Be-Resourcing is excited to present an excellent opportunity for an Investment Operations Executive to join our client's team on a permanent basis in Liverpool (the role is available on a relaxed, hybrid working pattern - circa 2 days each week in the office). In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the fund management activities and ensuring the smooth operation of middle office functions. Your expertise in investment operations will be essential in monitoring transactions, reconciling data, and providing exceptional support to the investment team. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen attention to detail, as you collaborate closely with various stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency.
* Proven experience in Fund Management Support or Middle Office roles.
* Strong understanding of investment operations and associated processes.
* Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
* Proficient in using investment management software and tools (ideally CRIMS).
* Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
* Ability to work independently while being part of a cohesive team.
* Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
