In this pivotal role, you'll be the welcoming face of our establishment, managing calls, enquiries, and reservations with grace and efficiency. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth running of service with the allocation of guests in a planned and organised manner. With your warmth and charm, you'll build lasting relationships with both guests and team members alike.
