In this role, you will take an active position in both design and delivery, working closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams. You will bring strong concept thinking, technical confidence, and the ability to manage your responsibilities within a supportive project team. Advanced Revit skills are essential.
Responsibilities
* Contribute to the design and coordination of residential led projects from early concept stages through delivery.
* Work closely with clients, consultants and colleagues to develop clear design solutions.
* Prepare drawings, models and presentations using Revit as your primary tool.
* Support project management tasks and take ownership of your workstreams.
* Maintain an informed understanding of UK planning policy and building regulations.
Skills and Experience
* 3 to 5 years post qualification experience, ideally in UK residential design.
* Strong design ability paired with solid technical understanding.
* Advanced Revit proficiency.
* Experience with Solibri or Navisworks is welcome.
* Confident communicator with strong organisational and client facing skills.
* ARB, RIBA or RIAS registered.
