What you’ll be doing: • Inspect labels for defects with precision • Set up and operate multiple slitter units • Slice rolls using scissors, tape, or splicing tables per specs • Run jobs through slitting and rewinding processes • Pack finished jobs with proper documentation (COC, packing list, labels) • Maintain rewinder per PM schedule • Set up and monitor 100% visual inspection systems • Follow all SOPs and quality standards What You Bring Ideally: • Experience in bottling or higher process manufacturing • Strong attention to detail and colour perception • Solid problem-solving skills under pressure • Team player with a safety-first mindset • Comfortable following procedures and manuals • Basic computer skills Bonus Points For: • Experience working in print. • Experience working with Radius Why Join Us? • 6-week training programme so you are set up for success • We back your growth with personal development plans and industry-leading training • Competitive pay • 25 days holiday 8 bank holidays • Perks and discounts on products and local services • Free fruit every week to keep you fuelled What’s Next?
