Are you passionate about shaping the future of health and care? South Devon College is seeking a dedicated Learning and Skills Assessor to support learners across a range of health programmes.
Responsibilities
* In this role, you'll assess learners' knowledge and practical skills gained both in and outside the classroom, working closely with tutors and programme coordinators to plan and deliver engaging, hands-on learning experiences.
* You'll conduct individual learner reviews, develop tailored learning plans, and ensure high standards of assessment and quality assurance.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will hold a Level 3 or higher qualification in a relevant vocational area with significant industry experience in the health and care sector.
