* Role based five days from our Cheadle Office in South Manchester
As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will work as part of our highly skilled in-house Securities Team. Supporting all stages of the conveyancing process from pre-contract to completion, you will review and process requests related to loan security from internal and external parties across our Commercial and Residential loans. The Securities Team is responsible for mitigating risk and group exposure prior to loan approval by validating proposals, and ensuring the sustainability and enforceability of the loan post-decision.

Responsibilities include:
1. Review, assess, and process title documentation and make recommendations within company SLAs
2. Develop effective working relationships with other departments and stakeholders to meet customer needs
3. Communicate effectively with key stakeholders to ensure security remains effective
4. Maintain up-to-date security-related records
Qualifications
Essential
* Strong knowledge of Property titles and Land Registration procedures
* Legal experience related to property
* Analytical and problem-solving skills
* Effective communication skills
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
* Strong organizational skills
Desirable
* Experience in commercial property
* Knowledge of various loan types
