Key Responsibilities


Administrative Support

* Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
* Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations.
* Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
* Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications.


Office Operations

* Oversee office supply inventory; order and restock materials as needed.
* Maintain office equipment (printers, copiers, etc.) and coordinate repairs.
* Assist with onboarding processes for new employees, including documentation and workspace setup.
* Ensure the office environment remains clean, safe, and welcoming.


Records & Data Management

* Enter, update, and manage data across various systems and databases.
* Maintain internal records, logs, and reports.
* Assist with document preparation, policy updates, and recordkeeping compliance.
* Process invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
* Support basic bookkeeping tasks as assigned.
* Assist with vendor management and service agreements.


Customer & Staff Support

* Greet and assist visitors, clients, and team members with professionalism.
* Provide general support for office events, meetings, and company functions.


Qualifications


Required

* 1–3 years of administrative or office support experience.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace.
