Our mission is to provide evidence-based psychological therapies to those in need, and we are looking for a passionate leader to help us enhance our waiting list and clinical capacity management. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring we meet NHS Talking Therapy targets, focusing on efficient therapist scheduling and proactive waitlist management. If you are a confident leader with a knack for analyzing complex data and identifying trends, we want to hear from you! Our team supports individuals facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, and phobias, promoting well-being and personal responsibility. Join us in delivering a highly accessible and user-friendly service across a wide geographical area. This is a hybrid role, combining both service-based and home working. Main Responsibilities
Ensure the right mix of appointments and availability to meet patient needs. Proactively manage wait times and optimize clinical time utilization. Lead the delivery of key performance areas and support the development of therapists. Champion best practices and contribute to service improvement and innovation. Collect and analyze performance data to identify trends and implement actions. The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a confident leader who excels in time management and prioritization. You should be a great communicator, able to listen and support colleagues while driving change and improvement. A solid understanding of data reporting and analysis is essential to effectively identify trends and communicate your ideas.
