A fantastic opportunity has opened for a junior Real Estate Solicitor (0–3 PQE) to join a high-performing, nationally recognised property litigation team in Leeds.
This role offers a strong platform to develop specialist expertise in telecoms real estate work, while also gaining exposure to a broad mix of commercial property disputes across a diverse, high-quality client base.

💼 The Role
You’ll work on a varied caseload with a strong emphasis on telecoms litigation, including:
* Lease renewals, terminations, and contentious landlord & tenant matters
* Serving and advising on statutory notices
* Possession proceedings and arrears recovery
* Tenant insolvency issues
* Service charge disputes and dilapidations claims
* Interpreting and enforcing lease obligations
There is also scope to take on increased responsibility and supervision as your experience grows.
👤 About You
* Qualified Solicitor with 0–3 years’ PQE
* Experience in commercial litigation or property disputes (landlord & tenant ideal, but not essential)
* Keen interest in property litigation and/or telecoms work
* Strong commercial awareness and ability to give clear, concise advice
* Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing deadlines and caseloads
* Interested in business development and building your professional profile
