A large secondary school in Northumberland is seeking a Geography Teacher to join its Humanities faculty. The role includes teaching across KS3 and KS4, with potential KS5 opportunities for experienced candidates.
The school is looking for a teacher who can deliver engaging lessons across physical and human geography, develop analytical thinking, and support pupils in achieving strong examination outcomes.

Key responsibilities
6. Deliver well-structured and engaging Geography lessons
7. Prepare pupils effectively for GCSE (and A-Level where applicable)
8. Use assessment data to inform planning and intervention
9. Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment
The ideal candidate
10. QTS (or equivalent)
11. Experience teaching Geography at secondary level
12. Strong subject knowledge across KS3 and KS4
13. Effective classroom and behaviour management skills
