Role snapshot:
The successful candidate will support the delivery and development of therapeutic services across a recovery pathway for adults with complex needs. Working within a CAT-informed service, you will provide supervision and mentoring to therapists, trainees, and volunteers, facilitate MDT discussions, support safeguarding and risk management processes, and contribute to service development. The role will also involve holding a small clinical caseload, supporting assessments, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality therapeutic interventions across both individual and group settings.

Experience required
Applicants will hold a recognised therapeutic qualification and have experience working with adults with complex needs, alongside previous experience supporting, mentoring, or supervising colleagues within therapeutic services.
