The Role: Costa Coffee Barista. As a Barista, you'll be at the heart of our store, crafting the drinks our customers love and creating warm, welcoming moments for everyone who walks through our doors. Your day-to-day will include:
Responsibilities
* Making every cup count - preparing delicious Costa drinks with precision and passion
* Delivering genuine, friendly customer service that brings people back
* Becoming confident with our menu so you can recommend favourites and new arrivals
* Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, health & safety
* Supporting your team and making work enjoyable for everyone
* Most importantly, having fun and creating a welcoming atmosphere

* A positive, upbeat attitude and bags of personality
* A passion for great service and a love of coffee
* Confidence to engage with customers and your team
* A can-do approach and willingness to learn
* The ability to multitask and stay focused during busy shifts
