Discover and deliver elite tech talent, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement in both permanent and contract roles. Collaborate closely with leadership, helping to shape our growth strategy and influence the future direction of the US Tech team. ✅ Requirements: You’re early in your recruitment career and ready to build something bigger. Whether you’ve already had exposure to a 180 or 360 desk, or you’ve worked in sales and want to break into recruitment, you’re ambitious, resilient, and motivated by success. An interest in Data, Cloud, or ERP recruitment is a huge plus. You’re eager to learn the US Tech market, understand what top-tier talent looks like, and develop into a trusted specialist within your space. Target-driven with a growth mindset. You’re motivated by progression, uncapped commission, and the opportunity to build strong client and candidate relationships while learning from high performers around you.
