What You’ll Do As an Operations Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in the smooth running of our daily bus operations. You’ll be the first point of contact for our drivers and a vital link in ensuring our customers enjoy a great journey. Your day could include: Keeping everyone safe by promoting a strong safety culture and identifying risks early. Supporting customers with professionalism, positivity, and a focus on great service. Leading and motivating drivers, delivering briefings, supporting development, and upholding Arriva values. Managing the operation — from allocating duties to responding to incidents, diversions, and traffic disruption. Ensuring quality and efficiency, monitoring standards and keeping our services running smoothly.
