Job Description What you'll be doing: Account Prospecting & Growth Proactively identify and develop opportunities within existing client accounts. Use probing, consultative questioning to uncover client needs across multiple FM portfolios. Collaborate with Business Development teams to ensure accurate profiling and targeting of FM opportunities. Client Engagement & Relationship Management Act as the senior point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction. Lead strategic reviews and align service delivery with client objectives and KPIs. Position TFM solutions as a value-add proposition for clients. Operational & Technical Expertise Demonstrate strong knowledge of Soft FM (cleaning, catering, front-of-house) and Hard FM (mechanical, electrical, building maintenance) services. Leverage technical understanding to identify gaps and opportunities for integrated solutions. Commercial Leadership Manage P&L for accounts, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth. Drive contract renewals, tenders, and upsell initiatives. Collaboration & Integration Work collaboratively with clients sales teams to achieve BID success, in true partnership. Work cross-functionally with FM, security, and maintenance teams to deliver seamless solutions. Support initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
