As a Data Protection Support Officer, you will be required to work on a range of tasks daily, including but not limited to:
1. Supporting Information Governance (IG) projects
2. Managing IG incidents and undertaking casework investigation
3. Monitoring and reporting on compliance
4. Overseeing the delivery of IG training and creating content
5. Coordinating meetings and workshops
6. Providing support to senior staff across three local authorities, ensuring confidentiality and effectively organizing activities to support the delivery of efficient services
7. Supporting the development of good data protection practices with privacy by design at the forefront of your knowledge
