Brighton Beach House...
Set on the seafront with views of the pier, Brighton Beach House spans two floors and features Art Deco inspired interiors, a rooftop terrace and a banana shaped pool specially design by artist David Shrigley. The club menu has been specially created for Brighton, with a focus on seafood while the dining room serves Mediterranean inspired dishes. The club also features fitness facilities including free weights, cardio areas, a sauna and steam room.
The Role...
We are seeking an experienced Pizza Chef to join our team at Brighton Beach House (BN2 1AY). You will be responsible for making the pizza dough, preparing ingredients for toppings, assembly and cooking through either a pizza or wood fired oven.

* 1-2 years' experience in a busy high-profile kitchen focusing on high quality pizza
* Team player who communicates well with all colleagues
* Punctual, reliable and trustworthy

* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
* Have a genuine passion for food and beverage
* Flexible and available to working both opening and closing shifts when required

Mon - Thurs - 8am - 11pm
Fri - Sat - 8am - 1am
Sunday - 8am - 1am
