๐ The Role
We are looking for an experienced Residential Sales Negotiator to join a busy office. This is a fast-paced, target-driven environment suited to someone proactive, organised, and customer-focused.
๐ Key Responsibilities
๐ฏ Support the Branch Manager in achieving sales targets
๐ Handle enquiries and convert them into viewings and market appraisals
๐ Conduct viewing follow-ups and gather buyer feedback
๐ Provide clear, constructive feedback to vendors
๐ฒ Make outbound calls to generate new viewings
๐ฅ Welcome and assist customers visiting the office
๐ Manage and update client records accurately
๐ค Support sales progression with solicitors, buyers, and vendors
๐ Provide regular updates to buyers and sellers
๐ Complete administrative tasks (property folders, brochures, window cards, boards)
๐ Carry out Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance checks

Monitor daily tasks, reviews, and actions
๐ท๏ธ Create and manage live property listings
๐ Conduct valuations (training provided where required)
๐ค What Weโre Looking For
๐ง Minimum 2 yearsโ experience as a Sales Negotiator
๐ช Target-driven with a proactive attitude
๐ฌ Strong communication and negotiation skills
๐ค Able to work independently and as part of a team
๐ Professional, personable, and well-presented
๐๏ธ Strong organisational and time management skills
๐ Full, clean UK driving licence
