Your Role as a Residential Child Care Worker
As part of our dedicated team, you’ll play a vital role in creating a nurturing environment for children and young people aged 8–18. Your responsibilities will include:
•\tSupporting young people in every aspect of home life
•\tDriving to school, appointments, and outings (UK manual licence required)
•\tPreparing meals and helping with household tasks
•\tCreating lasting memories through fun activities, trips, and holidays
•\tWorking collaboratively with your manager and peers to provide tailored care
•\tYou will work an average of 56.4 hours per week (including sleepovers), with more flexible options available for part-time or zero-hour contracts.
