Health & Safety Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Health & Safety Manager to join our Health & Safety Team within the Human Resources group at Rhondda Cynon Taf Council. The role requires working closely with senior management, service areas, schools and trade unions to ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and best practice in health and safety.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement safety policies.
* Conduct risk assessments.
* Provide expert guidance on all matters relating to workplace safety.
* Work closely with senior management, service areas, schools and trade unions to ensure compliance with all relevant legislation.
Qualifications
* Excellent communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Proven experience in health and safety management.
