Responsibilities
* Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and recommending the perfect Jaguar Land Rover products and premium services.
* Maximise every sales opportunity to achieve both sales and profit targets.
* Upsell accessories and additional aftersales services to enhance customer experience.
* Proactively contact new and existing customers via phone, online and face‑to‑face interactions to generate sales and encourage repeat business.
* Create customer appointments, arrange test drives and deliver exceptional handover experiences.
* Support Sales Administrators by accurately processing all documentation including vehicle orders and finance agreements.
Qualifications
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
* Resilience and confidence working towards targets.
* Self‑motivation, dependability and a positive, proactive approach.
* Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
* A genuine passion for delivering outstanding service.
* Strong organisational skills.
* Good computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
* A full UK driving licence.
* Experience in automotive sales, hospitality, retail or customer care is desirable, but not essential.
