As a Year 5 Teacher, youll be at the forefront of our pupils educational journey, responsible for creating an environment where curiosity thrives and every child is empowered to succeed. Your key contributions will include:
* Crafting Engaging Lessons: Planning and delivering well:structured, stimulating lessons that adhere to our school curriculum, capturing pupils imaginations and fostering deep understanding across all subjects.
* Personalised Learning: Expertly adapting teaching and lessons to meet the diverse needs of all students, ensuring every child is challenged and supported to reach their full potential.
* Monitoring and Assessment: Diligently assessing, monitoring, recording, and reporting on the learning needs, progress, and achievements of pupils, using insights to inform future planning.
* Setting High Expectations: Cultivating an inclusive working environment where high expectations for academic achievement, behaviour, and personal growth are consistently upheld.
* Fostering Development: Inspiring critical thinking skills and broader proficiency, preparing pupils not just academically, but as well:rounded individuals ready for their next steps.
Essential Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Eligibility to work in the UK.
* An enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness for one.
