£15.00 - £18.00 per hour

What you'll be doing:
* Managing day-to-day accounting entries across sales, purchase, and nominal ledgers
* Reconciling bank and credit card transactions, including processing expenses and cash
* Supporting credit control processes to help ensure smooth payment cycles
* Coordinating with clients regarding exhibition-related purchases such as insurance, scanners and furniture
* Ensuring financial data in Xero is accurate and aligned with internal CRM and fulfilment systems
* Generating reports in Xero and Excel to support internal decision-making
* Assisting with quarterly VAT returns via MTD
* Supporting the Financial Director in the preparation of annual statutory accounts
* Always keeping an eye on compliance with relevant financial regulations
What you'll bring:
* Experience in a similar finance or accounts support role
* A keen eye for detail and a love of well-organised figures
* Good working knowledge of Xero and Excel (advanced Excel skills would be a plus)
* A confident communicator, able to liaise with internal teams and external clients
* Organised, efficient, and able to manage your workload independently
* A proactive, team-focused attitude with a flexible, can-do approach
