At Whittlebury Park, we are looking for hardworking team players to join our busy Kitchen team. Nestled in hundreds of acres of ancient parkland, Whittlebury offers an award-winning 254-bedroom four-star hotel, conference, and training centre. We have award-winning facilities including a 3 AA Rosette restaurant and a luxurious spa.
Salary: £25396.80 per annum (based on 40 hours per week)
Responsibilities
* As a Breakfast chef you will: Ensure that a high standard of preparations and presentation is achieved before any dish leaves the kitchen.
* Under the guidance and supervision of the Senior Chef and Sous Chefs prepare food, supervise, and take part in the day to day running of the section.
* Delegate to staff in their duties and keep up standards in health, safety, and hygiene.
* Make sure and check that all mis-en-place is up to date and liaise with other sections with their mis-en-place and wastage.
* Be flexible in the duties required of you.
* The hours of work may vary and will include weekends, and holiday periods.
